Our Team

LCON is privately owned by a Collier County teacher and a Family Nurse Practitioner. Our educators are carefully selected, bringing decades of experience to our classrooms. Their dedication ensures a nurturing and enriching environment for your child.

The well-being of our students is our top priority. We adhere to rigorous cleanliness standards, regularly sanitizing our facilities to prevent the spread of germs. Our staff undergoes thorough background checks and receives training in CPR and first aid. Our facility is equipped with secure entry points and emergency preparedness plans, providing peace of mind for our families.

 

Classrooms and Daily Activities

Our classrooms are designed to cater to specific age groups:

• Explorers: 1-year-olds

• Navigators: 2-year-olds

• Innovators: 3-year-olds

Each day includes a variety of activities such as music and movement, outdoor adventures, morning meetings, interest areas, read-along rest time, and both large and small group activities.
